3｜費用計算
在平台會扣款的地方有下面5種：
- 必須支出｜ Upwork 平台佣金
- 必須支出｜提領手續費
- 選擇性支出｜Freelancer Plus membership
- 選擇性支出｜Agency 月費
- 選擇性支出｜標案用的 Connect 費用
3.1｜必須支出：Upwork 平台佣金
平台佣金計算方式採下列三原則：
- 與客戶們的所有合約中最初 $500 美金 ➡ Upwork 收取 20% 佣金
- 客戶支付總金額在 $500.01 到 $10,000 區間 ➡ Upwork 收取10% 佣金
- 客戶支付總金額超過 $10,000 ➡ Upwork 收取 5% 佣金

3.2｜必須支出：提領手續費
因提領方式費用而有所不同，
PayPal 跟 Payoneer 都是 1 USD / 回，
電匯的話以台灣銀行為例 200 NTD / 回。

3.3｜選擇性支出：Freelancer Plus membership
以 Freelancer 身份註冊時，需要付費的地方為下列這兩種：
- 必須支付的平台佣金
- 選擇性支付的 Freelancer Plus Plan

3.3.1｜如何升級 Freelancer Plus 付費方案呢？
升級 Freelancer Plus 方案的路徑是：
路徑：大頭照 > Settings > Profile Settings > Earnings privacy 處點選 Upgrade to a Freelancer Plus membership 進行升級付費方案
3.4｜選擇性支出：Agency 月費
Agency 也跟 freelancer 一樣，分為免費與付費版本，
官方對於兩者各自的服務及功能界定有些許不同。

3.5｜選擇性支出：標案用的 Connect 費用
所以你完成上面的 Rising Talent 計畫的話可以省掉這一筆費用，由客戶邀約標案的話，是不需要扣 connect 點數的。
我因為一開始就是接到長期專案所以有點吃虧，因為我目前只有一個專案結束，所以沒有 Job Success Score。
